PREGNANCY YOGA AND MINDFULNESS FOR BIRTH COURSE :

Amelia offers an 8 week yoga and mindfulness journey. She combines all of her skills into one fully immersive journey to preparing your mind, body and soul for the birth of your baby and rebirth as a mother. CAMOMILE VINYASA AND YIN YOGA: Amelia offers weekly classes. These are on hold while Amelia is focusing on pregnancy yoga.

PRIVATE PREGNANCY YOGA: Amelia specializes in pregnancy and postnatal yoga and will guide you through a kind and conscious transition into motherhood. She will support your personal needs and adapt her class to suit your experiences of pregnancy and postpartum.

CAMOMILE CREATURES: Amelia paints bespoke paintings of baby animals to mark the birth of your beautiful baby.

Who is Amelia?

Amelia is a Mother of 3, Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Coach and Birth Educator. She believes in empowering and nourishing mothers and mothers to be. Trust in yourself.

I believe in the power of rest. My yoga practises aim to guide people into a state of inner peace. My desire is for people to discover a place of sanctuary in which to build up a deep trust in themselves. I have a gentle and kind approach to movement in which I will encourage you to follow your intuition.

I discovered yoga when I was a child recovering from chronic fatigue and I have studied many forms of yoga and healing tools since.

I trained in Kenya in 2018 in Vinyasa flow, followed by a year teaching in ‘The Studio’ in Angola for a year. During my first pregnancy and my return to the UK, I completed a pre and postnatal yoga teacher training in 2019 under Uma Dinsmore Tuli, a tantric yogic practitioner. In 2020 I birthed and raised my son in the confinements of Covid. In 2022 I trained in Bali as a Yin Yoga practitioner in which we weave Taoist Philosophy and Chinese medicine in to our yoga practises. In 2023 during my second pregnancy I trained with Caesarian Phoenix on a postpartum rehab training. In 2025 I completed my post natal yoga and mindfulness yoga teacher training with Nadia Rafaat and Vera. In 2026, I have also completed my second pregnancy yoga teacher training in 6 years, also with Nadia and Vera who developed my yoga teacher practice and also trained me to support mothers to be with mindfulness.

I am currently pregnant with our 3rd child.
